## Get a repair for your product
If you product needs to be services, please **contact the dealer** you got it from. This is the fastest and recommended way.
In case it is not possible to contact the dealer, your [local distributor](https://studiologic-music.com/distributors/) will be able to indicate the best way to proceed.
Keep the original packaging in case you are asked to ship the product.
## Warranty
All Studiologic products carry a 2 years warranty. In some cases the duration of the warranty period may vary according to the local rules.
For any further information please refer exclusively to your dealer or local distributor.
It is recommended to keep a valid proof of purchase.
The service has to be handled by your dealer, otherwise if you ask for service from a different dealer/country, there may be charges.
## Purchase of spare parts
You may need to purchase replacement parts out of warranty, including power supplies or accessories.
You can purchase parts by contacting your local distributor or an authorized service center.
